The Lake Como culinary tradition is varied and for all tastes. We are really proud of that! During your stay, you can book a themed evening to savour genuine flavours and aromas, handed down from generation to generation.
Our Evening Proposal:
Medeghino Olive Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
which has D.O.P. certification. These oils are used as a condiment to enhance our traditional dishes and salad dressings.
Cheese and salumi tasting
made by local farmers from the surrounding valleys.
Grandmother’s traditional polenta
recipe made with butter and cheese, accompanied by game stew. This is an important part of our culinary tradition.
